Paper Federal income tax forms for 2012 are available at most libraries. Instructions and forms not currently in stock can be printed from IRS.gov using library public computers. If you need a specific tax form or booklet, please call the library to confirm it is in stock

Provides downloadable income tax forms, instructions and IRS publications. Also includes links to e-filing and Freefile online service providers for eligible taxpayers. Please note that some online service providers require a software download. For security reasons, the library's public computers block all software downloads.

AARP Tax Filing Assistance AARP is providing income tax filing assistance at Edmondson Pike, Green Hills, Hermitage, and Richland Park Branch Libraries. Priority will be given to taxpayers age 60 and over. Bring SS card and a photo ID, last year's return, plus all tax documents showing income and potential deductions.
