Cameras and Canvas: Nashville from the Air
August 23, 2014* (end date TBD)
Main Library, Courtyard Gallery
This year marks the 105th anniversary of the first night flight in the United States, which occurred in Nashville. The exhibit will feature aerial photographs of Nashville in the 1930s, aircraft photographs and artifacts from the era.
*This exhibit was originally scheduled to begin June 21. Metro Archives' move to its new location at Main Library accounts for the delay. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve access to our collections.
