What do our volunteers do?
Volunteers read newspapers live on the air. They also record books and magazines at our studios in Madison. Our recording hours are flexible, so volunteers can set up a reading schedule that fits well into their busy lives.
Volunteers may schedule recording sessions Monday thru Friday.
We especially need volunteers who can read The Tennessean once each week 9am – 11am, Monday - Friday.
How to volunteer
Call or e-mail Michael Wagner to set up an appointment for an interview and to see the station. We will train you to operate the recording equipment, and talk with you about your schedule.
