Do you have visions of “making it” in the music business? Do you want to make money with your music? Do you want to get cuts as a songwriter? Do you want to be a demo singer? Do you want to be a session player? Do you need to find money for your projects? Do you have a business plan?
Every artist is a business and we all need a plan. Come learn how to create a custom business plan for your personal goals. By the time you leave this session you will have an outline of a business plan in place.
Larry Sheridan, originally from Long Island, NY, is the owner of Best Built Songs-Publishing, Parlor Productions, Ultimate Event Nashville and the Parlor Studio.
Robin Ruddy is a singer/songwriter as well as Grammy winning multi-instrumentalist. Robin co-owns Best Built Songs Publishing with her husband Larry.
Song Meditations

Got writers block? Having trouble taking your melodies to the next level? Suffering from performance anxiety? These meditation exercises will help free your inner voice. We will focus on ways to "clear the static of the mind" to boost musical creativity and performance. This class will include simple yoga poses using sound vibration, breathing exercises, seated meditation, and laughter yoga. The goal is to overcome inhibitions and increased awareness.
Eve Fleishman is a professional singer-songwriter and music teacher who has practiced yoga for 10 years. She received a BM in Professional Music Performance and Songwriting from the Berklee College of Music and is certified as a yoga teacher by the American Viniyoga Institute.

This innovative workshop will show how you can use screenwriting and movie-making techniques like fascinating characters and power visual imagery to give your songs far greater wallop.
In his 40-year career, Rand Bishop has filled nearly every role in the creative end of the music business: recording artist, session vocalist, producer and publisher. Bishop counts more than 250 cuts to his credit, including a co-write on Toby Keith’s number one “My List.”
