Please contact the library if an item you returned has not been checked-in and remains listed on your account for more than 3 days.
Contact Us with your library card number, the title of the item, and the location you returned it to. We will search to confirm the item is returned.
If it is found, the library will remove any applicable fees. You will be contacted if the item does not turn up. Meanwhile, please double-check that you do not have the item in your possession.
