If you have a Blackberry, Windows Mobile, or Android phone, install Overdrive's mobile software and download mp3 audiobooks and EPUB ebooks directly to your phone - no computer required. Download Overdrive Media Console for your phone and try it out. Please note: at this time, only mp3 audiobooks and EPUB ebooks are available through the mobile app. Use the Bluefire Reader App to put PDF ebooks on your iPod/iPhone/iPad - Check out complete instructions from East Baton Rouge Parish Library. Preferred Check-out PeriodThe Overdrive website allows you to change the desired check out period from 7 days to 14 or 21 days. However, the mobile app will not let you make this change at checkout. To set your preferred check-out period for the mobile app, log into your Overdrive account and click on Lending Periods. Choose your preferred lending period and click Done. This is now the checkout period you will see when you checkout items using the Overdrive App.
