We're planning new buildings for the Bellevue and Hickory Hollow areas. If you use the Bellevue or Southeast Branches, or live in those areas, we'd love to hear your feedback..
The wireless printing software is available in the upper left corner of the Wireless Start Page.
If you are unable to print from your laptop to a library printer, try to fix the connection with these steps:
Restart computer.
Logged on to the library wireless network, NPLWireless, not a 3G or cell provider.
Open the browser and agreed to the terms with AGREE.
Install the printing software again- do not close the window it is running in.
Reconfirm you are still using NPLWireless signal.
Use File > Print and select the library's wireless printer.
Wireless printing is currently not compatible with the 64 bit versions of Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 Operating Systems. To determine if a machine has the 32 bit or 64 bit version of Windows, check your system properties.
Windows XP: right click My Computer and select Properties. The bit version will be listed on the properties screen.
Windows Vista or Windows 7:
Click on Start, then right click Computer. Select Properties. The system type should say 32 or 64 bit Operating System.
Wireless printing is currently not compatible with Mac OS or Linux.
If you are still experiencing trouble, see a librarian for help.
